Clara has been awarded a Student of Merit Award for all of her hard work recently. The senior grades all agreed she has stepped up a gear and adopted a mature attitude to her training. This has been very obvious over the last few months. Very proud of her effort, Well done Clara.

So we are having a well desearved break over Christmas. Our last session will be Thursday 21st December and we will re open on Thursday 11th January. Practice your Kata , run and keep fit (In between
